I wan ask where can i get a good digicam that can record video clips smoothly and 640x480,and the price is less than rm900,Currently i saw Kodak Easyshare Z885 and priced at Rm799..its pretty cheap.Now i wan ask got any other good model can recommend?And also where to get such model..THX.

panasonic fx12 or older model fx30 can record better quality video at vga, around rm750.

The Canon Ixus 70 model records in 640x480, I think the price should be below RM900 now.
