Hi, I'm not sure whether this is the correct place to ask but I'm facing this issue currently.

I had purchase a DELL MONITOR MODEL S2721QS from a SHOPEE SELLER last year march.

Last week, my monitor just suddenly wont turn on even I tried unplug and plug in again, at first I thought it was my laptop or hdmi problem.

But soon I found out that the screen just wont start up at all, does not even have start up screen. TOTAL BLACK!

The monitor I bought is just less than 1 year and this really upset me.


What I did:

Immediately look for dell support - whatsapp them the issue i had. in the end they ask for PDF Invoice.

Here is the damn thing, the seller did not gave me ANY INVOICE even after I receive my monitor few days later (last year march) and the seller keep MIA.

The fuckin seller name in shopee is EMIROVTECH ! Such an irresponsible seller! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! mad.gif ranting.gif


Now i need help, since I dont have any Invoice from the seller and the Dell Support keep asking me to provide, I showed them my purchase order in shopee but they dont accept.
I contacted SHOPEE to ask for seller information and they dont give me, they just ask me to report the seller shakehead.gif



Is there anyone can help me with this similar experience (Without invoice & item still under warranty), where and how am i suppose to claim the warranty in KL area?

Just bring my monitor and go lowyat? Its kinda big and i throw away my box already... icon_question.gif
