hi guys.. I am having this issue where I am disconnected from Unifi internet. I need to restart the modem and router, then the internet comes back, but after 2-3 hours, it get disconnected again. Then I need to turn off the power to my modem and router for 15 minutes, turn it on again, then the internet comes back for 2-3 hours, then disconnect again. Anyone facing such issues ?

Hi all, TM came to replace my faulty BTU recently and they charge me RM53 on site support. I thought that if the fault comes from TM, they shouldnt charge me this amount ? anyone has experience with this ?
