Can i request unifi to give me asus brand or tp link router wifi6 when upgrading to 300mbps? It actually comes with a china brand homefibre which i doubt the quality.

how good is the homefibre brand from china? white color wifi6 router with unifi logo on it.
last time they give Dlink. now also Dlink rebranded from Netis. (surely not official from Dlink) and Homefiber..
all the router is good enough for casual/home users.. no problem connecting to internet from wifi or lan. speed fast as subscribed.. stable.. no issues what so ever..
2 stories house, no wifi problems (router in the middle house, under stairs)
also open port /virtual server to access my mini server from outside..
unless u r a heavy user/gaming user, might wanna upgraded better router.
i have used Tplink/dlink (5-10mbps era), ZTE (30mps era), Dlink 842 (turbo 300mbps), Dlink (Netis) wifi6 (300mbps).. all no problems..
u see most people condemn stock TM router because they are heavy user/gamers or its just their router placement is horrible or just maybe their line is shitty..
i will say, use 1st the stock router how it goes.. if u need better router, then can upgrade..
