Just now I went Unifi store (IOI City Mall) to check SWU 3.0 (300Mbps), SA asked me where I know about this package, then told me on 300Mbps package, either:
- Broadband package @ rm119+
- TV package @ rm189+ (Only Ultimate Plus pack or top-up fo Max pack, no more offer Aneka / Ruby / Varman)

The SWU 3.0 on 300Mbps:
- Free speed upgrade (12 months?)
- 24 months contract
- Free Wifi6 Mesh (only for Broadband package)
- Free Unifi Plux Box (only for TV package)

I said will wait for Sep announcement, he said this is finalized package for Sep announcement, he even showed me the info received from HQ in today. I didn't take the offer and left.

BTW… I'm still with Super Value YEP2019 (100Mbps + 600 min free calls + Ruby Plus Pack) for rm129+.

I'm not in hurry to sign-up SWU 3.0 yet, so it's better to wait until official announcement and decide it later.

Yes... he showed me a picon 300Mbps like Free speed upgrade + 24 months contract + Free Wifi6 Mesh ==> price RM119 (not showing entirely) .
The rest he explained to me how the package like + mentioned this is confirmed package from HQ to be used in Sept'23...
Since this is different package as stated this thread, it's better to put on hold first.

It should be the same like speed upgrade for six month, 24 contracts, wifi6 router, there might be some slightly different.
Just check from Unifi app to see any deal for 300Mbps...



TM still offer Aneka/Ruby/Varnam at RM159 but SA told me no longer offer these package?
Now I doubt the package he told me is valid for Sept onward, just wait and not to be hurry.


There is no fair or unfair on Unifi, that is what I learn from this thread.
If you are lucky to get good offer from TM... go for it.

All I want it keep TV pack + speed upgrade... if can get 300Mbps with TV pack, even at RM129 I don't mind.
SA said only get broadband only (RM119) or with tv pack (Ultimate Plus pack - rm189).
What I found from Unifi App still offer normal tv pack but at price rm189... so I doubt the package he told me is finalize by TM to be offer in Sept.

My update after visit Unifi Store @ IOI City Mall on First day of Sep-2023.

SWU3.0 for 300Mbps remain the same for Sep-2023 - no change. (I didn't ask for other speed).
This mean free Mesh wifi, waive for six month, free speed upgrade to 500Mbps (1 year), plus 2 years contract.

Now the staff told me they offer Unifi TV pack with 300Mbps broadband package:
1. Aneka, Ruby and Varnam at RM149
- New Unifi Plus Box (UPB) not included, have to pay RM20 for 24 months if want to upgrade.
- UPB was free when sign-up before 1st Sep-2023.

2. Ultimate plus around RM189 (RM119 + RM69.90).
- Free UPB

**Ultimate Max only for 500Mbps onward only, not available for 300Mbps.

The staff went in to check with their manager about the package, still the same - no longer give free UPB for RM149 package (300Mbps + Ruby Plus pack).
I don't mind to sign-up as if still free UPB, since the offer same as last month.

But now... no free UPB pula, aiks.... should I take it or not, I'm still using old hypptv box (silver box).

Yeah... TM staff already double confirm on this, no more free UPB.
Let's see any update share by other forumer , hope there is better deal.

RM300 for used UPB... cheaper than brand new UPB - RM20X24 months (RM480)

My last visit to Unifi Store on 01-SEP was told said this offer (RM149) no longer available after 31-AUG.
If want free UPB have to sign-up RM189 package (300Mbps + Ultimate Plus).

Finally… I just signed up SWU 3.0 (300Mbps bundle with Ruby plan for existing customer at RM149) from Unifi Store @ IOI City Mall, current plan is Super Value YEP 2019 (100Mbps + Ruby pack + Std Voice RM20) for RM129. The pic shared by Unifi staff stated this is number #11.

New package comes with FREE:
- Speed upgrade to 500Mbps (12 months)
- waive for 6 months bills
- new Unifi Plus Box (UPB)
- 2 unit wifi 6 router + mesh (model is depends on available stock)
- std voice call (rm20)

Well… at least it's free new UPB with monthly bill RM149, better than previous offer at RM189 then get free UPB.

For 500Mbps is RM219 (SWU 3.0 - number #12 in pic shared by Unifi staff) … the only difference with 300Mbps is speed upgrade to 800Mbps (12 months), the rest are the same (wifi 6 router, UPB, std voice call + waive for 6 months)

You can try 300Mbps plan (RM119) add on VAR pack (RM30), not sure will it comes with free Std Voice, definitely no UPB.
Since the price is RM149 for add-on package (300Mbps + VAR pack), why not take the plan I signed-up?

The pic they shared stated it is Number 11:
- RM149 for >> 300Mbps + waived 6 months broadband + free speed upgrade to 500Mbps for 12 months + VAR pack + Two Mesh wifi 6 router + Std Voice (RM20) + UPB

For 500Mbps that would be number 12.

That's how they manipulate their user...
Even after one year... stick to 300Mbps is still faster than my current 100Mbps.
Always remind me - pay more than RM150 (without tax) for broadband is no no.

My SWU 3.0 300Mbps + VAR pack (RM149) do comes with free 600 minutes Voice.
For the SWU 3.0 300Mbps (broadband only) should comes with the same free 600 minutes voice.

Different RM30 only...
