To be honest,the third option also work with current traditional party then only can win 1 seat if the third option u mention is MUDA.

If highest speed which is 2gbps, I'm not sure what offer you will get. For current SWU most people target the 300mbps for RM119, or 100mbps RM99 as it is more than enough most of the time.
