I just went to the showroom yesterday. Overall good! Definitely the “generation house” for own stay. Freehold. No fancy2 Clubhouse, so monthly need to pay for security fee only. Greens will be MPAJ responsibility. Some units will have kl city skyline view, unblocked (some units view will be blocked by condo downhill. Above are what my agent mentioned, since project not officially launch, a lot of things no black and white, so always be cautious ya. bigbang90 liked this post

Still unsure about this. No freebies i.e airconds or cabinets, kinda steep priced. Is the land ok though from flood?
