As per title, how do you enjoy jogging? I'm looking to start amping up my active lifestyle again after recovering from covid. So far my experience while jogging is I find it incredibly dull and uncomfortable (my skull feels like its shaking/pounding with every step). I think maybe can start bit by bit, from brisk walk to soft jog. Listening to music might also help.
