I am just a indoor farming hobbyist growing microgreen looking for like minded people to discuss and expand on it. Tried to look for a forum on it but could not find one.
Just to share what I do. I have a 2 tier rack with Led lighting to grow microgreens for own family consumption and to give to neighbors. Currently able to produce water spinach, mustard, Sunflower and mung beans. It is sufficient to provide a great healthy family diet. My daughter and wife is so happy with this hobby.

I not too sure. I tried both but went for the daylight Led as it is cheaper to cover a larger area. I did visit an indoor farming business and they too use Led white daylight tubes too.

Anyone thinks that microgreens can be made into indoor farms that produces huge quantities of edible greens in Msia. I only know that most is produced for high end restaurants. Basically it is used a condiments rather than a microgreen dish. Ie, can it replace our hydroponic lettuce, kangkong sold in supermarkets?
