I haven't torrent in years. If you looking for ones that can open port maybe consider airvpn. It no logs (torrent freak agrees) and it can open custom ports. Not sure if local vpn still operating if so can consider bolehvpn which at one time I read allows payment through anonymous bank in their acct by atm. They used to have access private torrent.
