I'm currently staying in a service apartment and the city council is MPAJ.
The management (newly formed) mentioned that MPAJ dost not collect waste from land with commercial title, thus they forked out some money to have private waste collection service to move the garbage out from the condo.
Would like to know is it normal for city council not to collect waste from commercial land?
How about those shop lot's waste?
And most importantly the commercial land, assessment fee paid to City Council is quite a big sum of money..
Possible to negotiate with city council to collect it since service apartment mostly is for the purpose of residential ?
Local authorities dont handle commercial and industrial 'bulk waste disposal.'The management (newly formed) mentioned that MPAJ dost not collect waste from land with commercial title, thus they forked out some money to have private waste collection service to move the garbage out from the condo.

It is deemed owners are generating profits from the 'bulk waste' and hence to pay for own disposal.
For individual titles, the contractors only collect kitchen waste. If at all they collect other things, is only it can be sold for cash.
