Hello Bikers

I jut got a Honda Ex5 2nd hand 1996...I have a few questions

1) The speed is not going beyond 60..what can I do to "fix" it?
2) How much painting the whole body would be? Any recommended shop in KL/Sgor?
3) Does all GIVI box on other bikes model (Yamaha/Suzuki/Modenas etc) fits on EX5? Or what models fit to this bike?
