I own a 1997 ex5 honda

Can anyone pls advise what r the items needed for a complete engine overhaul. I intend to buy the parts on my own and then take it to workshop near my home. It has been a faithful bike all these years so i just want to avoid using low quality parts. Nowadays a lot of imitation parts in market.

Is it possible to get ori (aap) or oem for all the required parts? How much would it cost.
Where is the best place to get these items. Some says go to sentul coz a lot of bike shops there.
