wanna ask, is there any difference in using motor oil or car engine oil when they are both the same viscosity?

out of the 4 stroke options available for 150cc bikes frm honda/yamaha/kawasaki/naza (Not scooters) - which ones are recommended and are they auto clutch/manual clutch?

hey guys.. earlier i tried DIY oil change on my Ego S... but the prob is the stupid drain plug is stuck  am i turning it in the right direction (anti clockwise) to open it? ermm.. or is it that i am trying to open the wrong nut? i nearly broke the socket-spanner trying to open it. give up before the plug is "botak".
