Today i went to motor shop,i ask for TS carburetor.then they give me....ts 100 carburetor..they say same with ts 125 ?...no idea with it.after it ...they start install the ts carb to my bike.....the Intake Assemble original no suitable....might have to change new one for bigger hole.....fine,then i just ignore it..until everything done,When start engine and throttle ,the carburetor leaking fuel...i ask the boss he say is overfloat. i was cry.gif with that saw the caburetor leaking..They remove the air filter too.

What i wan to knw is,carburetor leaking during overfloat is normal?
BRAND= MIKUNI original
DAMAGE= RM230carburetor ts100 + RM10 service charge

What bike you use it on?

When it is leaking, does it come out from the drain pipe? If that's the case, then it is called 'overflow'. In your case, it is most likely the carb already too old stock, and the float seal already broken... need service and change float seal. Imagine like your tangki simbah in the toilet... after you flush, it will fill the tank itself. When the valve rosak, then the water keep filling up the tangki and excess water will flow out from the side drainage...

ya brand new...original ts carb
it doest leaking when normal drive...just when they settiing the carb..they full throttle ,the hole which is face to ground got fuel came out....as long as ok now....
is tat normal? rclxub.gif

erm overflow hose i think....the hose didnt have any pipe to connecting..is that normal??

the fuel just falling to my cylinder head which is almost touch the gasket ...
