Wanna ask if i can buy a bike without bike license?

if let say i havent got my license yet? im planning to take the license soon..

if i use other ppl name, that means the geran will write his name? and the motor is his? means in future have to change ownership ke?

ic.. so lets say im making the d/payment.. and using my fren's license, how bout the document? payslip, utilities bill and etc..

oh really? but i remember some bike shop show if no license wanna buy, but nid to buy all rider insurance.. tat was quite some time ago.. dunno now still de same or not..
