i kinda regret buying 125z, the power deliverance is not smooth..got burps and bumps at medium low speeds..only smooth at high speed.

THe old is more powerful, its an inline 4. a mini powerhouse smile.gif. The new one is easier to maintain, easier on the pocket in terms of fc and well its a new bike, so nothing wrong with it. Except its more expensive.

I've used the ZXR 250, but i've never rode the new 250r but i know for sure its a ZZR in disguise.

wah, if you stay where you say you're from... i scare history repeats itself. did u fix your own tzm, i mean, do u know it enough to stick to it? get a decent 150 2stroke la. is this what u call tank bike? 2nd hand kips cheap, 1k+ can find. few are gd condition. tzm and nsr more pricey. problem with kips and nsr is the 18' rear wheels... else, consider RGV or SS loh? 125z expensive.

hahaha, i'm using 125z now, i have an old nsr 150 at home, but in shitty condition, malas wanna fix, a lot of things rosak. TZM- as usual powervalve cilakak. I used to own the second model which was quite durable. Decent 2 stroke would be ZX150, now only 8.9k. I'm thinking of trading in my bike.

Kips - ugly imo.

nabelon: On add'l note, I suggest keep the 125z if still mint, esp if the trade in value sux. a tank bike is not always convenient. that's what I'm doing now.

i've just bought a dozen of castrol power1 2T from tesco at 19.90. not particularly cheap, but better than current mkt 22. it's rated JASO-FD, should be almost smokeless. Haven't try out yet, still using VSX.

tesco got castrol power 1 2t ? I would like around, been using vsx for 3 years. Yeah my 125z is pretty mint. stock and performing well.

I miss tank bikes - dunno why but got this urge all of a sudden, can't afford a 10k bike without trading in.

Regarding the NSR, it is in running condition, but the rc valve is broken, the engine is leaking heavily, the body is a bit out of place, fairing broken.

My current woes is finding a good mechanic to fix it with a reasonable price. That's the only issue.
