If you're going to depend on it, I suggest you save up and get a new bike that covers with warranty.
If really 2nd hand with that budget, cheap and reliable, in no particular order I list some personal recommendation: - 4stroke: Honda EX5, Modenas Kriss; Yamaha SRV, SRE, SRX (These are the older Lagenda model). - 2stroke: Yamaha Sports, SS; Suzuki RG, RGV. Old bikes like these are prone to stop during heavy rain. I suggest you run the engine warm, and then splash the bike with running water from above like it is raining, so that you don't get stuck in one heavy rain some day with a bike that won't start. I still suggest 2 stroke bikes since he travel 70km a day.

which 2 stroke and 4 stroke did u use?
