Agreed. In the end fundamentals still prevail. When I saw the prospectus, the valuation is way higher than ECOWORLD that I am holding. That's the reason did not apply at all.

Many IPO comes same time... So $$$ stuck 😔

Lucky didn't apply & get strike allocation 🙏

When the new public issues is large...the ipo is heavy...difficult to fly..btw the evaluation can help us to make a better decision

Based on current price 38.5 pe is 113.6. Good value???? If die die must by property counter, look for those pe below 10%.

Radium focus on project worth RM3.4 billion within five years biggrin.gif

The other contribution is from the project being planned with a GDV of RM1.9 billion in Mukim Batu and Mukim Petaling which will be announced in 2024.

Radium has launched two projects in 2023 namely R Suites Chancery Residences in Jalan Ampang with a GDV of RM474.4 million and Residensi Desa Timur in Salak South with a GDV of RM1 billion.

"The group has received bookings encouraging almost 32 percent for the affordable housing project Residensi Desa Timur within a month of its launch in May 2023,"
