Hi,
I'm looking for a recommended shop / place to go for repair for this kind of issue. The problem is, its always get into blue screen whenever I boot it up. It could be during the laptop is idle, and moreover during using it - like browsing or opening document / designing stuff.

Windows bluescreen nowadays are not helpful at all
Try to look for the actual code in the event viewer under system event log (make sure error is ticked).

Though that specific message usually means hardware errors.
Not sure if either actual hardware or driver problem.
My last laptop i usually get that randomly and it was caused by faulty bluetooth. Disabled it permanently and ive stopped having these.

motherboard problem most likely cause

If motherboard faulty, then I think the repair cost will be high. Might as well asking for laptop replacement, since this is company's laptop.

At times it may not be mainboard issue, BSOD can be caused also by a faulty RAM or unstable HDD/SSD.

Since its a company's asset, it is better to refer back to the company's IT Dept for help.

Check your ram 1 by 1 first.
