I would like to report and tell others about my cases since this happened between me verified acc and unverified paypal account.First telling wanna to subscribe the services one subscribe after payment being made. After few days paypal review the payment and he does not respond to it. Finally the payment revert back to him. Here is the attachment for the transaction. Hope u guys don't deal.
