Can someone enlighten me why its running so slow?
All files stored in SSD, saving to SSD as well.

It crashed a few minutes after screenshot above.
I had to restart pc. Now its showing 100% utilization.
Will delete this thread later, seems no issue.

video encoding won't use the full GPU power (most of the time) due to encoding only uses a small chip called NVENC, not the full GPU.
