Any recommendation beside the XM2+ which is my obvious choice ?

First of all, your tire prices are really cheap. I've used my website's price table and for me I found the following prices.
Kumho Ecsta PS31 195/50R16 245
Goodyear Assurance TripleMax 2 195/50R16 275

Yokohama Advan Fleva V701 195/50R16 330
Michelin Energy XM2+ 195/50R16 357
The current XM2+ for your size cost RM 357 while you have been quoted RM 260. This is a bargain !
Even though is a 6++ month old tire, it does not really matter as its a summer tire & not a winter tire
I have written quite a bit on XM2+ here and its the best tire in wet !
Based on your price list its a no brainer. If I were you, XM2+ will be the tire of choice
