well, i am really inspired wif the journals that are posted up by some forumers like jone007 and i hope that i can achieve the same result. well, i have tried to slim down several times but always failed, hopefully this time i can really be slimmer as i know it is healthier.
well, this is my info:
1. weight-shud be 90kg i think
2. height-176cm i think
3. waistline- urg, this pisses me off, it is awkwardly 40.
i hope tat i can reduce my waistline to 32. and i hope tat i can reduce the size of my hip too.
well, the plan now is to start jogging everyday non stop for 30 minutes.
and guys, can u please give me some advice on wat i shud have for breakfast, lunch and dinner? any advice is appreciated.
