Nice detail. Just be aware that the eyes must be in focus to pop out the object where photo #1 is out.

Are these cropped? they look really hideous especially the 4th picture....gives me goosebumps

Good eye, i was so scared of the praying mantis that i dint dare to go any close, i was usin a 50mm + kenko, so the focusing distance is only about 3-5cm

i do have another picture more focused, composition not so good

Gundam Wing, I would say your overall composition is fine. i guess you just need a better lens. Maybe it's time to save for a 100mm macro lens? or 150mm if you can afford.
