If you intend to sell through agents, you tell all of them that I want to sell at RM500k (example) nett price excluding agent commission.The agent will know what to do. They will mark up the price to cover commission and also some bargaining discount. How they sell, you leave it to them. Selling a property is about how urgent you want to dispose. Doesnt matter, if you sell or through agent. If you are in no hurry, you dont have to lower your price and vice versa.
