I have filed my 2021 Income Tax on 28 February 10:31 PM.


Let's use this topic to track how fast we will get our refund.


This year LHDN added the option to pay refund via DUITNOW as well.

For E-Lejar: Have to check in MyTax but so far everytime I open its broken.. lol

Going to do it later ) Last year took 1 week to get refunded.

i already filled in but havent submit. still thinking whether got what other things that can be included in to get rebates.

btw if let's say i buy phone for someone in other county using taobao will i get entitile to get tax rebate?

what is the billing address? is it in Malaysia? if not then dont think so

FYI LHDN will open after 10 pm on 28 Feb every year.


be early birds like me, every year since 5 years ago I filed my income tax on 28 Feb 10 pm ++

(provided your company sent you the EA form on or before 28 February lah)

if you have an Income Tax number with LHDN, please report even though you no need to pay. My friend didnt report for 2 years eventhough he below 30k for those 2 years, then got surat cinta from LHDN

My E-Lejar latest status is still Taksiran Disifatkan.

Last year on 9 March 2021 should be status Bayaran Balik already.

At e-Lejar, click the 2nd tab, then click 2022.

you remember which LHDN Branch you went to open your Income Tax file for the first time? That is your cawangan.

Update:

My E-Lejar shows Bayaran Balik on 8 March 2022.

Usually the money will be in 2 days.

Fingers crossed my refund will be in tomorrow, 10 March 2022

Oh like that. Means my cawangan tutup already. Should be Cawangan Melaka then.

hmm dont understand how to read it
On mytax dashboard page it show Baki Cukai Terlebih Bayar is RM1000 and Jumlah Bayaran Balik Terkini
Yang Telah Diluluskan is RM0.00

but in elejar as of 4/3/22 tafsiran disifatkan in baki column showed -RM1000
What does it mean actually?

they will move your cawangan around, so please check whenever you can.
i opened mine in jln duta, now when i sell one of my house, i found out i have been moved to taiping.
my ic address is in selangor lol.

Haven't gotten the refund.

Date 1st March. 8pm.

they told me that i will get my refund on 11th march.
there is a page with status bayaran balik.

There's an easier way to check. Go to MyTax and select Profile. Your cawangan should be listed along with your other personal details under "Maklumat Asas". I'm using Android app but I believe this will work on Web and iOS too.

Submitted on 4th, disifatkan 7th and still waiting for refund to be approved.

Usually you know how much total premium you paid for yourself and family right?

Just put the amount..and submit lo

internet bills claim for the whole year bill or just monthly charge?

claim 1 year lah bang.

cause you may pay one sum but certain amount goes to Medical and certain amount goes to Life

I see, also isn’t that also in the policy where there is schedule premium 🤔

No approval, it show last year (2020) approval amount.

Submitted 10th March, still nothing also. This year has been the slowest since I have started working.

since when ur tax refund is from EPF??? that tax refund is from whatever u already prepaid lol. see our government, u prepaid them the tax, they use the money go KTV play 10 round liao then pay u back no problem use this year u sendiri pay de tax.
