Hihi... for residential property, we can use www.propertyguru.com.my to find out what property is on sale, its price, etc. What about for commercial property like shop lot? What website should we use? I tried using www.propertyguru.com.my but found very little inventory there. Thanks.

I think the properties you wanted to find may not be many so there arent many or any advertisements compared to residentials.

For every 100 residential adverts, maybe only less than 5 are commercials. That 5 may not be the location you wanted.

For example, if you are searching for shoplots in SS2, PJ, maybe only rental is available and not sale or vice versa or nothing at all.

Normal in iProp, Propertygurus or any other property websites.

The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

Alternatively... get a paid account in brickz and the commercial properties you are looking at might be there.

TS should find out how activite is the commercial area and also how many units are available in the entire location.

For example, in 2021 as of Sept / Oct, there are 10 transactions in SS15 but only one in USj10.

Any older transacted data b4 2020 is not a good representation of current market environment.

So what is reflected in iProp or Propertyguru will most likely to translate to those data in brickz.
