juz wanna opinion from u all bout, is it logic to receive back 50% of refund if u havent use the item tat u bought...? luv4life mention tat she onli could giv me 50% of refund bout DOA stuff..!! but it didn't mention tat i have to bear it if any DOA if this case happen..!! so juz leave ur opinion to me..!!

what i understand from DOA, seller have to do 1 to 1 replacement upon parts or give 100% refund

DOA = dead on arrival lar~

but u really haven't use it ?? find that the faulty in the first time...i think u should get a full refund....
seller should test it first( for item that warranty DOA before sell it ) and comfirm the item were not a faulty
try PM seller and let here the story from her side

of coz havent use it..!! cant be detected after attach to my pc..!! so how im going to use it..? and the seller keep on mention tat the item is no problem and working..!! so blamed on courier side..!! so the seller just willing to pay back 50%..!! tat's y im post this thread to ask for u all opinion..!! thx

if its REALLY courrier problem then she may not wanna pay full refund coz not her fault...but technically if she didnt state that she is not liable for any damage or lost caused by courrier then she have the rights not to pay at all...

i knoe wat u stated..!! but da problem is no 1 knoe tat whether the item still working or not...!! and she could write fragile on the consignment note ther but the seller din do so..!! if everyone sell like tat den this thread should be crowd of this complaining stuff..!! i juz knoe tat it's not fair tat the buyer should bear this responsible...!!

ya...i know how you would feel...paying for faulty stuffs makes you feel very unsatisfied...anway, maybe call the seller to pay a partial of it...i think 50% should be ok to me...but first of all find out whether or not that item is damaged during postage or by the seller himself..cheers..
