My partner and I want to buy a house in KL or bangsar area(or any nice area). Must near LRT and fairly new property in a nice area. Budget around 1.5 mil - 1.8 mil.

Any suggestions please post here 😁 and any estate agent welcome to message me ya thank you.
For those that bought a house and faced difficulties in their area please share your thoughts too thank you

Fairly new, landed.

Look thru the whole Rapid KL transit map, looks like only Ara Damansara & Putra Heights have the above.

Bangsar have 'fairly new'. Look for those demolished and rebuild.

If want new taman, I am not sure ada.

The latest in Putra Heights area is Kingsley Hill. Those are vp about 1.5 years ago. Many vacant units but start from above 2 mil.

You may look at bandar kinrara. Qaseh or legasi may fit your range. Legasi 1 and 2 is brand new going to VP soon. Legasi 4 is the next launch.

Nothing at all. We tried finding and there's a project at kota damansara coming up. Still unsure and want to wait until the house is fully built first. Because previously my relative bought a condo before it was built and it promised a mall and nice facilities at ground floor but after built apa pun tak da lol

landed is quite holding strong during this pandemic period... i am saying those 2 storey house and not those bungalow

example of the house is in Bandar Kinrara new phase price just. keep going up. And sri petaling though the lease is like 50 years left, the price is relatively holding up...

True. Not only holding up at Sri petaling, the terrace my friend bought in year 2015 (zone F Sri petaling - no guard post) for 550k now same area asking 900k

Kinrara recently vp anggun 1, 2.2/2.3 mil paper gain 400k easily

Better buy subsale less hassle many those project development promise sky and moon later sure alot of things change

I rmb one idiot developer initially spa signed then >1 year later said Didnt get approval from authorities asked buyer changed unit signed again new spa
