If u plan to get the samsung s22plus already, then i would say go for samsung as the system is more stable than xiaomi...

Got Xiaomi 12 over the weekend through the pre-order and got my free YES 5G sim card yesterday at Bukit Bintang. Initially wanted to get the Pro but after looking at pictures and having a feel of the phone, I am better off with the normal 12 as it is smaller than my Mi 9 and I don't really need all the Camera macguffins. So far it feels so much different than my Mi 9, and I am getting speeds of up to 1 GB outside my house and around 300 MB in the house (live in TTDI). However, it doesn't show if I am connected to the 5G network as the icon doesn't show. Anyone facing this problem?

I put the phone in my pocket and walk for 5 minutes and it drain 1%.

Battery tend to finish faster .

Been reading up a lot on the Xiaomi 12 Pro, seems like in Reddit a lot of ppl is saying the battery life is very bad. Any Malaysia owner can confirm this?

Still deciding between a few phones, and the 12 Pro and 12 is in the list. Just wondering how is the battery life you guys getting for these 2 models? What's the screen on time?

battery life for me is really really bad. By about 11 am about half of the battery gone
