Friend bought used 118i, car dealer said got still warranty, mileage only 30k.

Yesterday car can’t start, went to bmw dealer, dealer said no warranty cos mileage is fake. Actual mileage is more than 100k alrdy.

Repair bill is 40k. Please help. Bought last year loan also not finish how to pay this bill if no warranty
