Is this your first time seeing a PR post? A PR post is given by the brand itself, not written by the site staff. Samsung wrote all that, lowyat just repost it.
its very common on a tech site. By posting PRs given by brand companies, you maintain a good relationship in exchange for sponsorship and free products for reviews. many other tech sites do the same. its not the tech site job to modify anything in a PR post.
