There must be a switch in the settings that needs to be turned on. Smart TVs are remarkable because of all these intelligent features, but sometimes, it's challenging to understand how to use them. From the App Store, I downloaded a universal TV remote app. It's an app that allows me to control my TV from my phone. Basically, I have a digital remote on my phone with all the controls I need, which is very easy to use. This can be an alternative solution to your problem.
