AnySim IS the free distribution of iphonesimfree application. There are no such patch for Maxis, .....not yet. If you care to read on how other service carriers solved their call-in difficulties with the iPhone, it is by working on their cell towers and changing their network configuration, NOT by any magical software patches. The closest example of the Maxis problem is the Zain network in Kuwait, where they have come out saying that they will update their network within 10 days to make their network compatible with the iPhone. this was 3/4 days ago.

So, if you really want to move things forward, get hold of Maxis and as k them to do something about, because at this point in time, only they can rectify this problem.
