Called Hotlink today and according to them, they are upgrading their customers to enable VOLTE batch by batch, meaning postpaid first, then only the prepaid, with a completion date of mid June or July 2022.
Something which should have done and completed before 1st January 2022.
What a disappointing performance from Maxis.
