i would like to sell my car but i lost my car grant. I know i can go to JPJ there to print a new hardcopy. Does Jpj provide online service for this? Or we must go to jpj office to settle it?

i lost my geran also but 2nd hand car dealer if they have that myeg machine, they dont need your geran. they are able to do it.
done mine with them.

unless you play to privately sell then you have to go to jpj to reprint your geran. is not possible to do online unless you are registered dealer with jpj.

If the car under your name you can go to jpj office or nearest jpj kiosk to have it printed, bring your IC along

Is there a UTC near you? I went to UTC Keramat recently to do my roadtax renewal at 1500hours on a Sunday, very few people and they only do card transactions which is nice.

+1 for UTC Keramat. You don't even need to drive there since there is an LRT station literally across the road (Damai tho, not Keramat station which is actually one station layer)
