from ikan basah to ikan kering you need to dry it under the sun for few days or weeks.. weather is a variable.
you can improvise to using traditional salai method using charcoal... weather is no longer a variable... still need a manual intervention
you can improvise further using oven though.. fully automated.
to make it easy, you just can sub out you iken kering operation to 3rd party... no need to do anything, just pay only.
