Sometimes it's just luck of the draw.
Just like with salmonella.

Doesn't get sick.

Cannot be right.. since it's scientifically proven

Hmmm, but for so many years and so many people doing it

Must be damn lucky to get such bad reactions. 1 in a million? Billion? Hmmm

QUOTE
How does reheated rice cause food poisoning?

Uncooked rice can contain spores of Bacillus cereus, bacteria that can causeย food poisoning. The spores can survive when rice is cooked.

If rice is left standing at room temperature, the spores can grow into bacteria. These bacteria will multiply and may produce toxins (poisons) that cause vomiting orย diarrhoea.

The longer cooked rice is left at room temperature, the more likely it is that the bacteria or toxins could make the rice unsafe to eat.

It's quite common with corn products i suppose. Becareful what u reheat. Once u cook and then rehear, don't refridge it and reheat again. Not advisable.

They said leftover, they didn't say 1 day or 1 week or 1 month

As long as not immediate consumption is considered as leftover
