I'm extremely disappointed with MOL Freedom's customer service. I bought and sent in the application form 2 weeks ago. The customer service person told me the processing job should be completed within 10 working days. Then on Thursday, I received a missed call from them but I wasn't at home. So I tried to call them back. Sadly, I was passed around from one person to another 4 times and in the end somebody hung me up. Imagine my frustration. Then on the next day I tried to call them again to check my application status. A guy asked for my personal details like IC, contact number, card number etc and say they'll check and call me back within that day. Again, I was disappointed when I didn't get any return calls. And wow, ever heard that customer support has weekend breaks? They do. I mean, I'm going to let them manage my money and personal information..How could i trust them in this case? I'm going to cancel my card soon..

what is mol freedom actually?
Is it a similar card like ambg nextg prepaid card?

My card was activated right on time. maybe you didn't provide sufficient documentation or information during the registration.

Yeap mine was activated on time too, just that they forgot to send me the pin code for use on ATM machines although I requested that. Got through the customer service and it came within a few days as well.

Sry about your problem with them but like ronnie has said, probably you missed out some information in the application?

i think u can get it from 7-11.

how do we know that our card has activated?
they will sms us or something else?

mol freedom is debit card right?
since there's lot of things needed to apply, i just bought the card and put it in wallet~~wahahaha maybe i'll register next time
