 Full house painting price, is it market price or too high?

I got quotations for painting 1500 sqft terrace, indoor include ceiling....

quotation 1 - RM6000, i provide paint
quotation 2 - 5700, 2 color they provide paint

Option 2 provide Nippon paint

What service do i need to ask them got provide or not? if not i think they will just pain on top of old paint?
