Anyone know on good and bad on this developer (Kenwingston) any issue anyone else face during Purchase with this developer.

No bad news heard but what a NAME! Personally, couldn't bring myself to walk over to see them, don't even talk about buying a place with that name.

Which condo will get best experience and can get good ROI between Platz, KLTS and Flora because this 3 condo are very near.

Well, the boss said close to their Chinese name which means sure win. So, it may be a good name and nothing wrong.

It's a personal thing, as I feel that it's a name that is trying to sound gwai-lo but had the opposite effect.

It has that air of fake goods with bad spelling around it ie. Guci or hermis etc

It ends up being worse than if they had just been generic. Marketing and branding is not a strong suit of Malaysian owned business.

i think they are the main con for Henge, so may check their forum to see the feedback.

Try avoid this developer if possible unless you have no choice. Bought with them once, the workmanship was terrible..

I bought one in KL Traders Square. Main Con is Kenwingston.. too many defects.. leaking is the main one. Until now still unresolved.

If not mistaken ,last time they were main con, now became developers.

Their first project is at Cyberjaya , and then Kuchai and Subang Loft. Outlook looks presentable especially the one in Kuchai

Yup you're right. Is a chinese company if not mistaken.. they have another project in Jalan Gombak (Platz) which about to VP this year. Price is gila cheap. but quality uhm...

I personally visited Kuchai Avenue before. With this kind of pricing I felt is quite okay leh. The facility area like gym and pool quite nice .

May I know the Kuchai Avenue workmanship is too bad??? because when we check on the Q Classic score this developer got 80% above which is good number anyone have idea on this?

I personally felt its very decent. No idea why people complain. Finishing seems perfectly fine to me.

Agree with you but most of them said this developer is new, when we see on the latest project they built quite fast and worry about the finishing as well.
