I'm wondering which of these serves dipping ramen with thick broth and thick ramen ala Tomita ramen in Japan.

Yes, but having said that my friend who tried Tomita ramen was admitted to the hospital after eating there. Couldn't handle the thick broth, had a minor stroke. Most expensive bowl of ramen he ever had biggrin.gif

Oh do tell. I hope it’s some small shop with nothing fancy just as in Japan where you can just walk in, eat your ramen & fuck off unlike here where some might feel like a fancy treat.
