QUOTE(kmarc @ Sep 22 2007, 11:25 AM) I see. So, the objective is to get the max speed for the core, mem AND shader. Previously, I thought the high shader speed was limiting my max core as increase in core speed lead to concurrent increase in shader speed. Thx for the info, will try out these steps later.... now folding... it can be also hence the -1 setup could lead to higher clocks u wont know until u try

by the way, my card is XFX 8800GTS 320mb normal version... what is the safety range for CORE/Shader Ratio/Mem ???
please advice practically try to do the EVGA 8800gts ACS3 Ko .. u can find their clocks on the website. since its the fastest retailed 8800gts 320mb anything more than 25 percent overclock .. please know what ure doing. especially with the mem. let ati tools artifact scanning run when u gradually overclock...
