Hi, need help in deciding which laptop to buy. Both are used in good condition with similar warranty period with several significant difference that is listed here.

Giga - i7
Acer - i5

Screen
Giga - oled 4k
Acer - ips full hd 144hz

Battery
Giga - 99wh
Acer - 59wh

Warranty ( 1& ½ year left)
Giga- normal
Acer- onsite, accidental,theft

The rest of the spec is pretty similar. I'm buying mainly for office work and gaming, I dont do any design work actually. But the oled screen of gigabyte aero is damn gorgeous.

With rm800 extra for the Gigabyte is it justified or I should just save the 800 for something else.

I've been using Aero 15 for the past 3 years, so far so good. Except need to repaste the thermal paste, recently temperature a little bit high

Thanks for the feedback. Yeap few review I read is the laptop heat up quite a bit when used at full load. Does it have any warranty sticker at the body that might prevent me from repasting without voiding the warranty?
Any other things that I should keep in mind for the laptop.

I've decided to go with the Helios, 800 savings can be used to buy g502 lightspeed wireless mouse 😬

Lol giga would be nice with its bigger batt and oled screen. But I can use the extra 800 for something else.

my laptop can last average 4 hours of light use is enough for me. I've already bought the helios tho
