I saw this position in job street and when click apply it bring me to this stupid noob website called my future jobs. Ok fine I register so I can apply. What the hell.. to apply the job I need fill in so many stupid details and the website is so buggy!

Anyone actually use this shit? And wth jobstreet connect u to other job portal. Malaysia stuff getting dumber and dumber everyday

But even for fresh graduates the talent pool in Jobstreet is better.

When I was looking for job, that's the usual stuff.

No choice need to do, or else cannot get that job.

Most companies now also using that, and even if you get hired, also need to register in myfuturejobs.

Want job, don't complain so much, just do it.

Its a feature , not bug/flaw. To weed out entitled humans.

But I tried search the same position in the company website and other places not available. Only in my future jobs. Fishy right? Its like they not really hiring but put up a show to hire in a dumb website.

Also could be for expat posts. Last year the prequiste to request for new expat positions is to advertise for a period of time in myfuturejobs first. So probably some fellas are just putting it there for show

I suspect too is use to hire other country Oren kito. The position mention it is open for foreign talent. I check with my colleague previously work there she mention the company is infested and overtaken by a certain nationality. Probably the manager want take his Oren kito and not really hire local.

I gave up with job portals like these tho... Same thing with Monster and Hiredly. Hiredly actually still okok... Jora jobs also hit and miss... You may wanna skip over Jora jobs too.
