Hi Guys,

I just finished renovating my place with someone's recommendation in this forum and would like to share his contact in case anyone needs it. Here is the scope of work done by him that I could recall

- Waterproofing on all visible roofing area
- room extension of 2 master and 2 small rooms
- ACP awning on all 3 floors
- tiling work on the kitchen, back and side plot of land
- hacking of wall on multiple areas
- change all external piping in the house
- change all plaster ceiling lighting points from round to rectangle
- rewiring and installation of lights and light track (more than 60 points)
- rewiring and installation of more than 150 socket points
- fix water pressure issue in the house
- change heater piping to copper
- multiple additional water in/outlet
- multiple additional fan points
- extension of first and second-floor staircase
- installation of mirror and wiring in toilet
- wiring on all cabinet plug/switches
- water leveling on side land for fake grass installation
- install/rewire air conditional (12 aircons)
- pump gas and wash air conditional (12 aircons)
- painting of all door/rail/wall internal and externally
- assist in fixing other contractor issues (door, timber flooring, carpentry, etc)
- clean all drains and unclog any stuck drainage
- using Mega wire, big pipes and big copper wiring for aircon pipe and other new drainages
- etc. (can't recall, basically everything lol)

My house is a semi-D, land area is around 3200sqft. Pricing-wise, it is extremely affordable with the scope of my work (around RM150k). I've looked for more than 20 contractors and ID before I landed with Mr U recommended by this forum. (DIY rather than ID since ID doesn't take care of many small details and it can be really expensive, looking from all the different quotes I got)

Since my renovation has been completed. If you need to renovate your landed property, do feel free to use this as a reference. His number is 012-9110653, he works around Klang valley and doesn't do condos (sadly) due to foreign workers permit issues I guess.

Oh! Many other affordable contractors are also recommended by him eg. Sofa factory, curtain, tinting, etc. after comparing with my own finding la.

Here are some progress work:
