Those new joiner to this group, please read all the posts before (only 30 pages) and the TnC for the product. Almost all, if not all your questions have been addressed before like the 3% rate from when to when, cut-off time of 11am, records shown at 4.30pm with interest credited, operate working days, no fee for rm3k and below for KDI invest and etc.

If not, this thread will be damn long with repeated questions.

Isn't the answer stated in the TnC for the promo?

Contacted KDI Save with the increase of OPR by 25 bps :

1) No change to the 3% since it is a promotion rate (till 31 Dec 2022)

2) No plan to change to the 2.25% pa rate for amount above rm200k.

Though, I can accept the (1) item but I don't really agree with the (2) item as effective their MMD placements and etc will yield higher returns for them

Now, no information at all about the referral reward as per the email.

So, we won't know and there is no way to check whether we get all the referral for the friends that we referred.

For working day
Before cut-off at 11am, will be on the same date at 4.30pm
After cut-off at 11am, will be the next working day at 4.30pm

For non-working day, it will be the next working day at 4.30pm

So, it is not 24 hours like what u expect. Without knowing the exact date, day and time u deposited, we can't advise u whether it is normal or otherwise

These days, cannot determine whether we get the referral fee from the friends we referred as no information on the person we get the money from.

Yes, on one hand people complain about PDPA but on another, we can't determine we get what we deserve - remember there was a glitch before that no referral fee for the first few months.

Normal process

U withdrawl after the cut off time of 11am.
So, will receive notification at around 4pm to 5pm on the successful withdrawal.
Money will be in at night time, normally range from 8pm to 11pm (depending on which IBG batch)

Nothing unusual.
