Guys, I am new to investing in general. I just invested RM 500 into KDI Invest. My risk profile is currently set as "Balanced". From what I understand, KDI Invest basically buying a combination of ETFs depending on client's risk profile. I have a question about investing amount. When I tried to see how many unit my invested amount consist of, there is no info about this. May I know if I misunderstood about KDI Invest?

I have a question about KDI Save. I thought the first 50k will will be tier 1 which is 4% however, all of my fund are considered tier 1 now even though it had surpassed 50k.

Interesting, I had never looked into my statement until I saw yours. I see similar discrepancy where I have an excess of 1.8k in tier 1, and the rest in tier 2.

I don't know if the interest is accurately reflected based on these excess... Did you happen to verify that you're still getting 3.91~3.92%* interest rate, accrued daily? (*I forgot exact number)

Daily interest is 3.922% PA. When I tried to deposit fund, apparent the app said 3756 of the new deposit will fall under EAR 4%. hmm.gif Let see how much interest I am getting tomorrow

You sure? I calculated it doesn’t though.
Return does not account for Tier but has interest?
Then the interest is based on which Tier if cross tier?

And i observe the daily return remains the same over 1+ year, this should not be the case if return reinvested.

I am sure. I attached my fund value. I will update again after I received the interest.

Question: Let say i put RM50k, after years, now return 5k, total is 55k now.

50k Tier 1 = 4%

I know the 5k return is not in Tier 2.

If there is compounding, what is the interest on the 5k?

Also 4%?

Yes which is roughly 54 cents. At least for my case.
