I guess your 50k transaction done after 11am yesterday, which is after cut-off, so it will be still under process till 430pm today, you will get your interest for today, but not yesterday.

deposited yesterday night, reflected today around 4:36pm. Guess their works cover anything from 11am to the following day's 11am, and the system will reflect the change on account after 430pm?

processing cutoff is 11am ---- updates to us is usually between 4-5pm (deposit/profit/withdrawal)

for withdrawal, since they processed before 5pm transfer window (i assume using IBG), the expected fund receive is by 11pm, same day.... so far i've tested 1 time test withdrawal, fund received 1030pm+.

so, for withdrawal, dont expect to receive money early , especially when you need the fund fast/urgent... always plan +1 working day.

I have not tried deposit on Friday after 11am, probably Monday only process and miss out Sat and Sun interest

Crap, I withdraw this morning slightly before 11am and received email said money has been withdrawn successfully but check bank account still not deposited yet.

i didnt and can't delete it, somehow i felt this forum has a bot, it will auto flag out those posts with referral or referral code, i can see those 'report'

took 3 days to change risk profile for KDI invest. (Balance -> Growth)

there's no option to select KDI SAVE during registration? it only prompted me to select KDI Invest portfolio

that's part of suitability assessment form (SAF) which they require to know ur risk acceptance so to recommended u suitable portfolio
no big deal after your account is opened you can just deposit into KDI save and ignore the KDI invest
